Job summary

Adoration Home Health in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered home health care. This PRN role requires on-call weekends and a valid driver's license to travel to patients' homes.

You will assess needs, create care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. We offer 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a supportive company.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice and residence is required.
• One year nursing practice in patient care settings required; home health/geriatric experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurance.
• New grads considered in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Schedule: PRN

*On-Call 1 weeken per month*

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
