Job summary

Adoration Home Health in Sikeston, MO is seeking a registered nurse to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice and residence is required.
• At least 1 year of nursing practice in a patient care setting is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients in home health.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
