Job summary

EverHome Healthcare is seeking a Per Diem RN to perform home health nursing visits and assessments across King and Snohomish Counties. The role includes delegations, writing and following plans of care, and coordinating with the Clinical Director and Administrator.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice, a valid WA RN license, and reliable transportation. On-call nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a WA RN graduate from an accredited school.
• Ability to practice independently in nursing care delivery.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and visits across King and Snohomish Counties.
• Manage RN delegations and ensure plans of care are followed.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations of care.
