Job summary

Nightingale Health Services is seeking a Home Health RN in New Bedford, MA, with both full-time and part-time options. You will collect histories, assess health needs, educate patients and families, and deliver skilled nursing care per individualized care plans.

This role requires HIPAA-compliant documentation and coordination of additional services. Starting pay is per visit at $38, with flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and 3 weeks PTO per year.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• OASIS and WellSky experience preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Collect patient histories and assess health status.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care per care plans and HIPAA.
• Submit accurate patient notes and documentation.
• Coordinate additional services as needed (LPN, HHA, PCA).
• Arrange referrals for PT or medical social work.
• Supervise and support LPNs, HHAs, and PCAs.
