Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate clinicians to deliver skilled home health care across the Casper area.

You will assess patients, follow physicians’ orders, educate families, and coordinate care with the hospice and home health teams to support patients in their homes. This role requires active licensure and at least one year of experience, plus tech-savvy skills; we offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
