Assurance Home Care in Placerville and surrounding areas is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality home health care. You will assess, plan, and administer care to patients in their own homes, coordinating with physicians and the care team.

The role offers a part-time schedule with a competitive hourly rate ($53.00–$63.00) based on experience, plus benefits and learning opportunities through continuing education and training.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent assessment, communication and critical thinking skills.
• OASIS documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and administer medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to promote independence and improve outcomes.
