Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home care. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.

Ideal candidates hold a CA RN license, have at least 1 year of direct patient care experience, and possess current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated territory are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted CA RN License.
• 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home nursing care to patients.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Offer patient and family education and support at home.
