Professional Healthcare Resources, Inc. is hiring for qualified Registered Nurses who are flexible, diligent, and compassionate to perform homecare visits. We are seeking for Registered Nurses to join our team in Woodbridge, Leesburg, Ashburn, Reston, Sterling, VA and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state(s) of operation.
• Good command of the English Language.
• Experience in community or home health preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Completes initial comprehensive assessment of clients’ needs to achieve determined goals.
• Accept client admissions as assigned by agency.
• Provide all required skilled services as ordered by the physician.
• Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit.
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
• Administer physician-prescribed medication.
• Dress or redress wounds and assess healing progress.
• Provide education to patients and families on home health care procedures and strategies.
• Coordinate with Physicians, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the patient’s care plan.
• Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
• Recommend tools or devices to improve quality of life.
