Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full Time Baylor weekend opportunity serving adult and geriatric clients in Davidson, Randolph, Chatham and Lee counties in North Carolina. The role involves per-visit home care with flexible scheduling and 1:1 patient care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and following physician orders, with travel across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Experience in home health is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform duties including administration of medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.
