Emblem Home Health & Hospice in Arizona is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care across the East Valley (Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek). You will build meaningful relationships, create personalized care plans, and coordinate care as a trusted Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in Home Health, Emergency, ICU, or MedSurg.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and make a real difference
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
