Job summary

Health Watch Provo is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home health team in Utah. As a family-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care and a supportive work environment for our employees.

You will develop, implement, and manage individualized plans of care for patients in their homes, collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
