Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed home health professional in Idaho to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will educate patients and families, follow physician orders, and implement the plan of care across the care team.

Candidates should hold a state license, have at least one year of experience, and demonstrate basic technology skills such as mobile device use. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
