What You’ll Do:

Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.
Guide and support field clinicians through training, mentorship, and case management.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to home health regulations.
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Step in for direct patient care when needed and participate in on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For:

RN license in Missouri (good standing)
1+ year of home health case management experience (required)
Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in EMR systems & willingness to travel locally
