Job summary

Amedisys is hiring a RN clinical manager to lead nursing operations for home health services in Massachusetts. The role features a full-time day shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $112,000 to $118,000 per year.

You will oversee clinical performance, staffing, and care plans to support patients at home. The position requires RN licensure, 1 year of home health or hospice RN experience, 1 year in RN management, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in assigned state(s).
• One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• One year of RN management experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports and collaborates with the director of staffing to ensure patient care quality and clinical performance.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Reviews service requests and determines patient eligibility for home care services.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification and precertification requirements.
• Reviews staff documentation and resolves missing or untimely records.
• Assists clinicians in establishing patient goals and Plans of Care, revising as needed.
• Participates in the on-call process and staff training to ensure quality care.
