The ideal candidate will possess an active RN state license, and previous leadership experience in nursing is preferred. The position offers flexibility and various benefits, including a sign-on bonus of $2,500.

Qualifications

• Nursing supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Six months’ experience in home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Manage emergency situations promptly.
• Provide nursing care and complete medication administration.
• Maintain accurate clinical and progress notes.
• Provide oversight for patient care.
• Utilize the Electronic Visit Verification system.
• Participate in continued education programs.
