Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position involving weekend rotations and on-call duties. The role includes assessing patients, developing care plans, and providing nursing care. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care experience and a valid RN license.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $55.00-$65.00 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan and medical insurance for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial assessment to determine home care needs.
• Initiates and revises the plan of care as patient needs change.
• Regularly re-evaluates patient’s needs.
• Develops a care plan with input from the patient and family.
• Administers medications as prescribed by the physician.
