Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in Michigan.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting.
• Must have current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Make initial evaluation visit and reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit.
