Job summary

Mercy Home Health is seeking a dedicated RN to provide patient-centered care in the homes of patients across the St. Louis metro area.

The role offers full-time and part-time day shifts with rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotations, supporting autonomy and meaningful patient outcomes. Qualified candidates will hold an Missouri RN license, have a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance, and a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home health or related field.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN license; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes.
• Build personal connections with patients while delivering care.
• Adhere to the schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Day Shift with on-call weekends rotation.
