Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice (FL).
• Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
• Coordinate total plan of care with health care professionals.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed staff per regulations.
• Complete assessments (OASIS) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as needed.
