Varco Hospice, LLC in Amarillo, TX is seeking a PRN RN to deliver one-on-one in-home nursing care across Amarillo and surrounding areas. You will perform assessments, develop and follow care plans, and document progress to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include wound and catheter care, education for patients and caregivers, and adapting plans to changing needs. A flexible schedule and autonomy are provided with competitive per-visit pay.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (required).
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.
