Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Ozark, MO is seeking an On-Call RN to provide skilled nursing care after hours. The role features a 7 on, 7 off schedule with weekends on-call, offering a salary position and a full week off every other week.

You will be the calm voice on the phone, performing home visits when needed, and supporting families during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your clinical judgment helps keep patients safely at home while receiving necessary care.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Dependable and responsive.
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care after hours in patients' homes.
• Be the calm voice on the phone and conduct home visits as needed.

At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
