Elara Caring in Decatur, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to join a dedicated team delivering personalized in-home care. The role focuses on assessments, care planning, HIPAA privacy and patient education to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 per year, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Travel between patient homes is required, and benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage.

Competenze

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate/Diploma/Associates/Bachelors).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Assessing patients to determine care needs.
• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Protect patient and staff privacy (HIPAA).
• Provide nursing care per plan of care and orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care and safety.
