Job summary

Adoration Health in Camden, AL, is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide patient-centered, 1:1 home health care under physician orders, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet individual goals.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8-5) with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and access to wellness programs. CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice and residence is required
• At least 1 year nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Education

Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing
