Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health RN in Centre, AL. This PRN position offers 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, and independent work with team support.

Benefits include comprehensive health plans, mileage reimbursement, and generous PTO. The RN must have an accredited RN degree, current licensure, valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; home health/geriatrics preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and residence

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
