Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Glasgow, KY team. This 1:1 patient-focused role offers compassionate care in a home setting, with support from an interdisciplinary team and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, administering treatments, and educating families. Eligible candidates hold an RN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN with valid state licensure in the practice state.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record per policy.
• New graduates considered in select markets.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
