Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for the Glasgow, Kentucky area. This role provides 1:1 patient care in home settings, developing care plans and delivering nursing treatments and medications to support patient goals.

Qualifications

• RN license with current unrestricted registration in state of practice
• One year of nursing practice in patient care; home health or geriatric experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance per Adoration policy
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and address physical, emotional, and psychological patient needs
• Develop and implement home health care plans aligned with physician orders
• Provide direct nursing care: medications, treatments, and interventions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers in their home environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch
