Job summary

Emblem Healthcare in Arizona is seeking a Home Health RN to provide compassionate in-home nursing across the Phoenix metro area. You will build relationships with patients and families, develop tailored care plans, and coordinate services as a key member of the care team.

Requirements include an active AZ RN license, 2+ years in nursing (home health or acute care preferred), strong clinical skills, and the ability to travel within the service area. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Current AZ RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, prefer Home Health/ICU/MedSurg.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.
