Anew Home Health is a local family-owned company serving Indiana with a focus on compassionate home health care. The RN will deliver patient care using the nursing process in patients' homes across the southeast side of Indianapolis.

Full-time and PRN hours are available to support community health needs. We seek an RN with licensure in Indiana and patient-centered skills, ready to join a closely knit team that values integrity, growth, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure in the state where services are provided.
• One year of home health care experience preferred.
• One-year supervisory/management experience with direct care staff preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Prolonged walking or standing; ability to lift, position or transfer patients and equipment; good visual/hearing ability for nursing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Plan, organize and direct home care services in patients' homes and communities.
• Collaborate with patients and families to meet health needs and outcomes.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Job Requirements

  to perform required nursing skills.
