Job summary
SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Franklin and Columbus, IN, with some coverage in Greenwood. The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships, autonomy, and a positive impact on lives.
You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and families on disease management and wellness.
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license.
- Home health experience preferred.
