AHN Healthcare@Home, a Graham Healthcare Group member, seeks a registered nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Indiana. This role offers a $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus within 18 months, contingent on performance and status.

You'll travel to patient homes, perform assessments, educate families, and document care in the EMR.

Competenze

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work (Indiana).
• Minimum of one year of RN experience in home health or similar clinical setting.

• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
