Pride Health is seeking a Home HealthRN for one of our clients in Corpus Christi! (Contract)

Schedule: Day shift schedule, on‑call 1 week every 6 weeks

Contract: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $48–53 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Patient care/case management for home health patients in the field.
• Skilled care will include but not limited to wound care, catheter care, disease process education/management, medication education/management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current active RN license
• BLS
• Proficient with OASIS, HCHB experience
