Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Private Duty Nurse to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes across Texas, including Bryan and surrounding areas. You will work with pediatric and/or adult patients, delivering care under prescribed orders with a focus on compassionate, individualized service.

The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and weekend/night differentials, with support from an experienced clinical team and opportunities to match cases to your skills and timetable.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data; documents nursing diagnoses.
