Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home health in Oregon. The role involves delivering professional nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating with families and clinicians, and documenting observations and interventions.

The position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, with pay in the $48-55 per hour range. Training and career advancement are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required.
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required to reach patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care at patients' homes.
• Monitor patient health, administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Document care using electronic systems and coordinate with families and clinicians.

$48-55/HR
