Aveanna Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty nursing services to patients in their homes. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care, collaborate with families and clinicians, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), local support, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Aveanna emphasizes diversity, compassionate care, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) — Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
