Aveanna Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home health care. The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with day, night, and weekend shifts, plus local support from clinicians.

As an RN with an active license, you will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, document care using a tablet-based system, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

• Provide in-home medical care and nursing services to patients as assigned.
• Document patient data using the tablet-based system at each visit.

• Follow care plans and report changes to the supervisor promptly.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

• Must have reliable transportation
