BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our PRN home health team in Texas. You will provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, perform assessments, educate families, and develop care plans with the BrightStar clinical team.

This flexible PRN role lets you choose assignments that fit your schedule. Travel within the service area is required; strong clinical judgment, reliability, and excellent communication are essential to delivering high-quality,

Qualifications

• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
• A commitment to compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Experience in home health, hospice, acute care, or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled nursing visits and care appropriate to the assigned service.
• Performing patient assessments and identifying changes in condition.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

We're looking for nurses who bring sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and a dependable approach to every assignment.

Qualifications include:

• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
• A commitment to compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Experience in home health, hospice, acute care, or skilled nursing is preferred.

Compensation

Compensation is based on visit type and experience. Typical rates include:

• Start of Care (SOC): $75 per visit
• Resumption of Care / Discharge: $65 per visit
• Skilled Nursing Visit: $50 per visit
• Infusion Visits: $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40/hour
• Private Duty Nursing: $40/hour
• Orientation / Training / Meetings: $20/hour
