Renew Home Health is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes across the Granbury area. In this full-time role, you’ll assess patients, manage care, and guide healing where they’re most comfortable.

You’ll work with an AI-assisted charting toolkit to document visits, collaborate with therapists and physicians, and provide education to patients and families. A Texas RN license and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• At least one year of nursing experience; home health experience is a plus.
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment.
• Caring, patient-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout the Granbury area.
• Assess each patient's condition and update their plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered.
• Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home.
• Coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians on each patient's care.
• Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools.
