Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home, helping them stay in the comfort of their own homes while achieving health goals. You will case manage and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families along the way.

Requirements include an active Michigan RN license, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
