Nu Look Home Care Agency in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, patient-centered team. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality in-home care.

This role requires an unrestricted NC RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work independently in home and community settings. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills are essential to coordinate with physicians, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a home and community-based environment.
• Ability to successfully complete required employment screenings.
• Home care or community-based nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting nursing assessments and reassessments
• Developing, reviewing, and updating plans of care
• Monitoring clients for changes in health or condition
• Providing skilled nursing services within the RN scope of practice
• Coordinating with physicians, caregivers, families, and other members of the care team
• Providing oversight and guidance to direct-care staff when applicable
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Educating clients and caregivers regarding care needs and health-related concerns
• Following agency policies and applicable state and federal requirements
