Job summary

Memorial Health in Illinois is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process, in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will assume responsibility for coordinating patient care, services, referrals and resources for your caseload.

The role supervises Home Health Aides, adheres to Memorial Health standards, and requires licensure in Illinois, CPR certification, and a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• License to practice nursing in Illinois required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must possess valid Illinois driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum BSN, enrollment in a BSN or MSN program, or national certification required.
• Minimum two years acute care clinical experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care, services, referrals and resources for the caseload.
• Supervise care rendered by Home Health Aides.
• Adhere to Memorial Health System standards of safety, courtesy, quality and efficiency.
