Job summary

Alumus Healthcare in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care using the nursing process to ensure quality and continuity of care. You will assess patients, develop and revise plans of care, and deliver skilled nursing services in the comfort of patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state of Arizona.
• CPR certification required.
• Newly credentialed grads welcome to apply.
• Compact RN license allowed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the core nursing competencies established by the agency to ensure effective and efficient care on an ongoing basis.
• Makes the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs.
• Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provides those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on his/her patients in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
