Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,760 (Based on Experience)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week local travel assignment in the vibrant suburb of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Position Summary

As a Home Health RN, you will provide in-home care for a variety of patients, helping them recover safely and independently in the comfort of their homes. You’ll conduct assessments, coordinate care, and administer skilled nursing interventions, all while building meaningful patient relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management
• Document visits accurately and in compliance with home health regulations
• Manage a daily schedule of home visits while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
  
  

Education And Certification Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (Required)
• Current BLS certification through AHA (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (Preferred)
• OASIS charting experience (Preferred)
