Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Job Description:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician-directed care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document patient progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety
• Manage IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems
• Travel locally within a designated territory to complete home visits
  
  

Contract Details:

• Length: 13 weeks
• Compensation: Up to $2,760/week depending on experience
• Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed
• Mileage reimbursement available
  
  

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania RN license (unencumbered)
• AHA BLS Certification – Required
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  
  

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• EMR experience required (OASIS preferred)
