Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring in Massachusetts to provide skilled home health services. The role includes administering intermittent professional care, teaching patients and families, and following physician orders per the care plan.

Candidates must be licensed in the state, have at least one year of licensed professional experience, and possess CPR certification and basic tech skills. A strong preference for Medicare home health or hospice experience is noted.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
