• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico (NM) or eligible for RN licensure.
• Experience delivering in-home skilled nursing care preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in home setting.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide patient and family education on care routines and safety.
