Job summary

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse PRN to deliver in-home skilled nursing care to elderly and chronically ill patients. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and families in their home setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety and comfort, supporting functional independence while upholding a mission-driven, compliance-focused culture

Qualifications
