Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Massachusetts. This full-time role offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call rotations. Compensation is $41.00–$43.00 per hour, based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have an MA RN license, at least one year of RN experience, and a commitment to compassionate home-based care, hospice, and support for residents and families.

Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered MA RN License.
• Minimum 1-year RN experience.
• Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care to residents in home or assisted living settings.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform basic resident care including monitoring temperature and blood pressure.
• Support palliative and hospice needs, including pain management and symptom control.

Qualifications for Success:

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
