Job summary

Legacy Lifecare, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in resident homes and assisted living settings. You will monitor patients, document changes, and perform essential care tasks in a schedule that includes weekdays and occasional on-call rotations.

The role emphasizes palliative and hospice support with pain management and symptom control, requiring strong English communication and a valid MA license. Travel to patient homes is expected.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN License.
• Minimum 1-year RN experience.
• Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Home Health Registered Nurse | Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice
$41.00 - $43.00/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | 40hrs per week
Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Occasional On-Call Rotations
