Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in-home skilled nursing Registered Nurse (RN) in California to perform visits in La Puente and surrounding areas. The role requires administering medications, wound care, and other procedures while updating and following individualized care plans.

You will communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members and educate patients and caregivers, ensuring accurate documentation throughout.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license is required.
• Home Health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Knowledge of OASIS is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
