Job Description: This position is responsible for providing skilled nursing care and services to patients in their place of residence, and may case manage nursing and non-skilled care and services when assigned. All nursing services are performed in compliance with state and local laws/regulations, the Nurse Practice Act, and all other healthcare accreditation standards.

Requirements:

• Valid California Registered Nurse license
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Home Health or Acute Care nursing setting
• Current CPR certification
• Valid California Driver's License
• Computer skills are a must, including typing skills for reporting and updating documentation in an online portal
• Willingness and ability to work with electronic input and telecommunication devices
• Excellent clinical skills and demonstrated ability to manage time well
• Excellent communication skills; able to communicate clearly with staff and the general public, both verbally and in writing
